BEA RENNINGER is director of the Mauve-Institut for Training and Development Pvt. Ltd., India. She is one of the main Trainers for the Reiss Profile Master Certification in India and is owner and CEO of Reiss Motivation Profile® India (RMP India GmbH). She is based in Germany and India. Bea has 20 years of experience as a social worker for the German Government, in the Youth Welfare Department. She has been responsible for all needs and crises in the lives of children and their parents, such as critical divorces, child abuse, all kinds of mental disorders, any kinds of crimes against children, counselling of teachers and other authorities that have questions according difficulties of children and families or the coordination of any kinds of social projects.
She has her master’s in Social Work, and an added degree in Economics, is a certified Reiss Profile®Master, 9 Levels trainer, international certified systemic business coach (ICA), PEKiP baby trainer and nutritionist. As a certified business coach, she does life balance, career, student and couple counselling, as well as burnout prevention. |

RUPALI EDEKAR-PATEL is a Partner and First Director of the Mauve-Institut for Training and Development Private Limited, India, the sister company to Reiss Motivation Profile® India GmbH. Having worked in a variety of human resources roles for more than 15 years with multinational companies in Asia and Europe, she has experience in capability building, acquisition and people integration, performance management, manpower planning, organization culture and development, and effective coaching. Her most recent corporate position was Head of Talent Management for a leading global branding and advertising agency.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with a specialization in Advertising and Economics, from the University of Mumbai, and a Master’s diploma in Advertising from the Xavier Institute of Communication. In addition to being a certified Reiss Profile® Master, she has completed training in Ontological Coaching with Newfield Asia. |

JÜRGEN RUFF is Director of the Mauve-Institut for Training and Development Pvt. Ltd., India. He is one of the main Trainers for the Reiss Profile Master Certification in India and is owner and CIO of Reiss Motivation Profile® India (RMP India GmbH).
Juergen brings more than 25 years of professional experience in international companies and more than 15 years of experience as an independent trainer, consultant & coach. He is an expert in digital transformation and change management and specializes in "digital and people" topics with a focus on mental fitness (PQ), organizational development and transformation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and future of work. Juergen has a degree in business administration with a focus on IT as well as further certifications as a systemic coach (DVNLP coach), Reiss Profile® Master and 9 Levels Consultant (value systems).
His life vision: to strengthen and develop people for sustainable success. To make the future more human and happier. The goal of his work is to shape and release the potential of people, teams and organizations. He is supporting the One Better World activities as Germany Liaison and is digital member of the World Economic Forum. For Jürgen, daily meditation and gratitude has become an important part of his life. He is co-author of the books: "Measuring Values - Successfully Shaping Change: 21 Practical Examples with the 9 Levels of Value Systems®", published by GABAL in September 2020. "Complexity - Challenges for Personnel Development and Leadership", published in spring 2017 by Springer Gabler. |
